Software License Agreement of Notesbrowser and other products of the Wave Digital Studios GmbH

1. LICENSE

This License is valid for all products of the Wave Digital Studios GmbH. For easinesses to read, we use our lead product Notesbrowser as wording for our products. Other products that are are included are for example Do Next and MP3 Timer.

If you don't accept this license, don't install Notesbrowser. If you have
installed it and disagree to this license, delete Notesbrowser immediately!

2. SHAREWARE / FREEWARE

Notesbrowser is Freeware or Shareware: it will ask you on the first start and you can
choose to use it Freeware or Shareware. If you choose Shareware, you can try the
Professional Edition features for 60 days, after that you will need to register it or switch
to the Freeware mode.

3. COPY

If you like Notesbrowser, help us to spread it worldwide: Give it
to your friends or just give them this web address where they can
download always the newest Version of Notesbrowser:

You can copy Notesbrowser as often as you like, if you include all files and
leave them unchanged! But it is forbidden to include or give away register
passwords.

4. RESTRICTIONS

The Software and all parts thereof are the subject matter of the authors
various proprietary rights, including without limitation copyrights,
patents and other similar intellectual and industrial property rights.
Within any such copy, you must reproduce the copyright notices and
any other proprietary legends that were on the original (downloaded)
copy of the Software.

You may not attempt to create or derive any of the source code or other
technology or data within the Software by disassembly, reverse engineering
or any other method, or otherwise reduce the Software to a human-perceivable
form. You may not modify any part of the Software. You may not distribute
nor rent, lease or lend the Software without the prior authorization of the

5. TERMINATION

This license is effective until terminated. You may terminate this License at
any time by destroying the Software, and all copies thereof. This License will

6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

Because of the various hardware and software enviroments into
which this program may be put, no warranty of fitness for a
particular purpose is offered.

Good data processing procedure dictates that any program be
thoroughly tested with non-critical data before
